To back up or restore the database, select Tools > Database and open the Backup tab.

Automatic backup

Select one or more options in the Automatic backup area to choose how often backups are created.

Each backup schedule works independently and replaces its oldest backup as new backups are created:

•Hourly: keeps 24 backups, one per hour

•Daily: keeps 7 backups, one per day

•Weekly: keeps 4 backups, one per week

•Monthly: keeps 12 backups, one per month

•Yearly: keeps 1 backup per year

You can combine schedules. For example, selecting Daily and Weekly keeps both daily backups for the last 7 days and weekly backups for the last 4 weeks.

You can create a backup or restore the database from an existing backup whenever needed.
