CutLogic 1D has to work in network database mode to allow working with users. To add new user, select the menu item "Tools > Database". Go on page "Users" and click the button 
to add new user.
Fill in the user name and the password, confirm the password and check the Access to CutLogic 1D option and click the [OK] button.
